The Municipality of Rosales, headed by Mayor Susan Pagador-Casareno, in cooperation with the Region 1 Medical Center, conducted a Blood Donation Drive on September 8, 2019, at the Robert B. Estrella Memorial Stadium, Rosales, Pangasinan. Municipal scholars and their parents participated in the activity.
