September is really the start of the Ber Seasons, as gift giving started early courtesy of the Philippine Dental Association-Pangasinan Chapter, in partnership with the LGU-Rosales, adopts Rizal Elementary School as their beneficiary for Free Dental Check-up, Oral Health Lecture, Fluoride Varnish Application and free Oral Health Kits for all pupils.
