ABONO Partylist Rep. Conrado Estrella III and LTO Region 1 Director Teofilo “Jojo” Guadiz III led the Launching of Project CARS (Creating Advocates for Road Safety) last October 18, 2019 at Robert B. Estrella Memorial Stadium, Rosales Pangasinan. This Project CARS of the Land Transportation Office Region 1 seeks to ensure that road safety advocacy efforts are sustained through the continuous availability of manpower and other resources by turning all road users into road safety advocates. Information dissemination and road safety seminar was conducted during the said launching program.
