OFW Laarni Palis of Brgy. Carmen, Rosales, Pangasinan was illegally recruited to work in Abu Dhabi as Domestic Helper with Tourist Visa as her documents in going to UAE. She was repatriated on January 1, 2019 with the intervention of LGU Rosales thru PESO Office because of maltreatment.
